Machinery Rental
We provide rental service to our esteemed customers with selected fleet of construction machinery in excellent working condition, maintained by our own highly qualified technicians before and after each rental. During rental period, we work hard to ensure that the machinery we rent are in excellent working order to provide peak performance. We operate in accordance with all governing laws of Ethiopia and have all required insurances.
We also provide transportation service with our special low bed truck which is wide enough to accommodate a range of heavy duty construction equipment.

Our Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSR) are responsible for identifying parts and service sales opportunities within a defined customer portfolio by managing existing accounts and the development of new accounts.
We engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders, from owner/operators and maintainers to fleet managers, on a range of transactions and projects to enhance customer experience.

Our warranty administration manages warranty policies of OEM and updates new and relevant policies to process claims accordingly so as to effectively execute our warranty obligations to customers.
Service overview
Pre Delivery Service (PDS) and Periodic Maintenance
Assembling, pre-delivery service, inspection and familiarization training are done for all the products we deliver. We have a state-of-the-art service facility at our Kaliti Branch to deliver the appropriate service as per the standard of OEMs.
Field Service
Our field service technicians are ready to ensure that they are not far from the sight of customers. They are equipped with field vehicles and needed tools to solve any on-site technical problems; and most importantly minimize the downtime. Our moto for field operation is “Go to the Machine†and we are always close to our customers.
Maintenance and Repair Contracts (MARC)
We provide maintenance and repair contracts for fleet owners. In such a contract, we take all the responsibilities to manage the availability of the fleet to the customer. We assign our technicians with appropriate tools and field vehicles at the customer site to manage the availability of the machines as per the agreed conditions and fixed cost. This enables the customer to focus on his/her main activity giving us the responsibility for managing the equipment.
Undercarriage Repair and welding shop
We have 250 ton track repair machine. We replace damaged bushings, track shoes and track links using our machine within shortest possible time. We also replace standard bucket adapters and tips to heavy duty and long lasting ones (Convert to K-Max tooth adapters and tooth arrangement).
Component Rebuilding
This is the unit where we strip-off components and rebuild again. Overhauling of major components like engines, transmissions and others are performed using our qualified technicians and the appropriate building and testing equipment.
Auto and Industrial Electric Repair
We provide auto and industrial electric repair service that includes batteries, electrical components, HVAC and electronic system.
Generator Installation and Power Demand Consultation
We provide a reliable and custom-made support to our customers from consulting on their power demand for the intended use up to installation and commissioning. Our qualified technicians consider all the necessary safety codes and advise to customer how to get efficient and economical power supply.
Special Service Tools (SST) and facilities
We are equipped with specialty tools and unique pieces of service equipment such as Electronic Service Tool (EST) to provide solutions to modern construction, agricultural and Industrial machines service challenges, while increasing our technicians’ productivity and our workshop profits.
